What We Collect

When you send a truck quote or parts request on this website, we collect what you type into the form:

• Your name, company, phone number, email, city and state
• The truck, model or parts you're interested in, and any build choices you pick
• Whether you're interested in financing and when you need the truck
• How you'd like us to reach you (call, text or email) and anything you write in your message
• On parts requests: bed and Sub-Frame serial numbers, any photos you attach, and your shipping address and ZIP code if you want the part shipped

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics on this website. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running.

How We Use It

• To answer your request, price your truck or parts, and follow up with you
• To contact you the way you choose: by phone, text or email
• To keep a record of requests so our sales and parts teams can follow up

We don't sell, rent or trade your information.

Text Messages

If you choose "Text" as the best way to reach you and check the consent box, we'll text you about your request, such as quotes, availability and scheduling. Message and data rates may apply, and how often we text depends on your request. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or tell us by phone or email. Agreeing to texts is never required to buy from us.

Financing

If you tell us you're interested in financing, we use that only to follow up about financing options. We don't run credit checks from this website. Any credit application happens separately, and only with your permission.

Who Helps Us Handle It

A few companies help us run this website and receive your requests. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers your request, including any photos, to our email and sends you a confirmation email
• Microsoft 365 hosts our company email
• Google keeps a copy of request details (not photos) in our private Google Sheet
• Cloudflare hosts this website

Videos and the map on our pages come from YouTube, TikTok and Google Maps. TikTok videos and the map load when you reach them on a page, and YouTube videos load when you press play. When they load, those companies may receive your IP address and set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies.

Trucks at Our Dealers

Some trucks on this website are for sale at our dealers. If you call, email or visit a dealer about one, that dealer handles your information under its own privacy policy.

How Long We Keep It

We keep request records as long as we need them to serve you and keep our business records. If you ask, we'll delete your information unless we need to keep it for a sale, a warranty or a legal reason.

Your Choices

• Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it
• Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP
• Ask us to stop contacting you by phone or email

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
